What is Rentablo?
Rentablo is a free app for Android and the web that tracks your business sales and splits each one between supplies, your pay and your business profit. It also keeps your clients, books appointments, shows statistics and exports PDF reports. It is made by Buildev S.A.S., a company based in Cali, Colombia.
How much does it cost?
Nothing: Rentablo is free. To keep it that way we show a few discreet ads that don't interrupt what you're doing. If you want, you can pay for Rentablo Premium, which is optional.
What is Rentablo Premium?
An optional plan that removes the ads and adds a stamp card: your clients earn a stamp with every purchase and get the reward you choose. It costs COP 4,990 a month or COP 49,900 a year (launch price, only in Colombia), and everything else in Rentablo is still free.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. The app is in English and Spanish: it follows your phone's or browser's language, and you can change it in Settings → Language.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
For people who make a living serving clients: nail, lash and brow studios, hair salons and barbershops, spas, massage and aesthetics, home services and product sales. If you charge for services or products, it works for you.
How does Rentablo split the money?
From what you charge for services and products it sets aside one percentage for supplies, another for your pay and another for your business profit. With the Balanced profile it's 20%, 50% and 30%: from a $100 sale, $20 goes to supplies, $50 to your pay and $30 to the business. There are also Grow the business (20%, 40%, 40%), Make a living (15%, 65%, 20%) or your own percentages.
What about tips and travel fees?
Tips go entirely to your earnings and are not split. The travel fee for home visits is charged separately and isn't split either, because it covers transportation.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On iPhone, and on any computer or tablet, you use Rentablo in the browser at rentablo.buildev.co/app, with the same account and the same data as on Android. In Safari you can tap Share → “Add to Home Screen” to open it like an app.

Do I need to know accounting?
No. You just log what you charge; Rentablo does the math and shows you how much goes to supplies, how much is yours and how much stays in the business.
Can I change the percentages?
Yes. The profiles are a starting point; you can set your own in Settings → Money → Income split. Changes apply to new sales, and earlier sales keep their split.
Which currencies does it support?
US, Canadian and Australian dollar, euro, British pound, Brazilian real, and the Colombian, Mexican, Argentine, Chilean, Dominican and Uruguayan peso, Peruvian sol, Guatemalan quetzal, Costa Rican colón, Bolivian boliviano and Paraguayan guaraní. You pick it when you start and can change it in Settings.
How do I pay for Premium?
From the web app (rentablo.buildev.co/app), in the Premium section, with a card, PSE, Nequi or Botón Bancolombia through Bold. It's prepaid: it doesn't renew automatically and we remind you before it ends. What you pay also works in the Android app with the same account.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All communication is encrypted, each account can only see its own data, and we don't sell your information or use it for advertising. You can delete your account and everything you saved at any time.
What if I forget my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?”: we'll email you a code so you can choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: Settings → Account and privacy → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see how to request deletion.
