Delete your Rentablo account

Rentablo is an app by Buildev S.A.S. You can delete your account and all its data whenever you want. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Before deleting it: if you want to keep your history, export your PDF reports from the app.

From the app (the fastest way)

  1. Open Rentablo and sign in with your account.
  2. On the home screen, tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap “Account and privacy”.
  4. Tap “Delete account”.
  5. Type DELETE and tap “Delete my account”. You'll be signed out and your account will no longer exist.

If your app is in Spanish, the buttons are “Configuración”, “Cuenta y privacidad”, “Eliminar cuenta” and “Eliminar mi cuenta”, and the word to type is ELIMINAR.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and we'll email you a code to create a new one.

If you no longer have the app

Email us from the address you used to create the account and ask us to delete it. To protect you, we only handle requests sent from that same email address.

Write the email

We will delete the account and its data within a maximum of 15 business days and confirm by email when it's done.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email, password and business type.
  • Everything you recorded: services and products, clients (with their phone numbers and birthdays), sales, appointments and your settings.
  • The Google Calendar connection: we revoke the permission you gave and delete from your calendar the events Rentablo created. Nothing else in your calendar is touched.
  • Your stamp card (Premium): it is closed in Loyenta and your clients' data (name, mobile number and purchases) is erased. The card your clients saved will say the program has ended.
  • Any password recovery codes that were generated.

What is kept

We don't keep copies of your information after the account is deleted. Only these remain:

  • Technical server logs, which may include internal account identifiers and, the account's email address. They are overwritten automatically.
  • The PDF reports you downloaded or shared: they stay wherever you saved them, and you delete those yourself.
  • If you paid for Rentablo Premium, the record of each payment (reference, plan, amount, dates and the account's email) and its electronic invoice, which the law requires us to keep as accounting records.
  • If you had disconnected Google Calendar before, Rentablo no longer has access to it: you can delete any events left there from Google Calendar.
  • The data Google AdMob and Google AdSense collected to show you ads is governed by Google's policy; you can delete your advertising ID in your Android settings, under "Ads", and choose whether Google shows you personalized ads in My Ad Center.
