Terms and conditions

1. The service

Rentablo lets you record your sales, services, products, clients and appointments; it splits what you charge between supplies, pay and profit according to the percentages you choose, and shows you statistics and reports. Optionally, you can connect Google Calendar to see your appointments there.

Rentablo is free and is supported by advertising: inside the app you will see third-party ads, and those third parties are responsible for what they offer. If you want more, you can pay for Rentablo Premium, an optional plan (see "Rentablo Premium"). Nothing is ever charged without your prior acceptance.

2. Your account

• You must be of legal age and provide truthful information.
• Keep your password secret: you are responsible for what is done from your account. If you think someone else got in, change it and write to us.
• You are responsible for the data about your clients that you register and for having their authorization to do so.

3. The calculations are not advice

Rentablo is an organization tool. Splits, statistics and reports are calculated with the data and percentages you enter, and the split profiles are suggestions, not rules. Rentablo does not provide accounting, financial or tax advice and does not replace an accountant: decisions about your business and your tax obligations are yours.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Rentablo for illegal activities, to impersonate others, to try to access other people's accounts or data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Third-party services

Signing in with Google and connecting Google Calendar are optional. Their use is also governed by Google's terms, and how they work depends on that service.

Rentablo Premium payments are processed by Bold, a Colombian payment gateway, which also applies its own terms.

6. Rentablo Premium

Rentablo Premium is an optional plan that adds to everything Rentablo already offers for free. Today it includes:

• No ads: while your Premium is active, the app shows you no advertising.
• Stamp card: your clients collect stamps with their purchases and get the reward you choose. You set it up inside Rentablo, and it runs on Loyenta, another Buildev S.A.S. platform.

We may add new features to Premium. If we ever remove one of the features it includes, we will let you know in advance.

Price and payment

• For now, Premium is offered only in Colombia, in Colombian pesos. The launch price is COP 4,990 a month or COP 49,900 a year (the annual plan equals 10 months). That is the final price you pay.
• It is paid in advance from the Rentablo web app, with the methods Bold offers (for example, card, PSE or Nequi). Rentablo does not receive or store your card or bank account details.
• Premium belongs to your account: what you pay works in the web app and in the Android app when you sign in with that same account.
• We issue an electronic invoice for every approved payment.

Duration and renewal

• Premium starts as soon as Bold approves the payment and lasts for the period you paid for: one month or one year, counted date to date.
• It does not renew automatically and we do not store your payment method. If you want to continue, you pay for another period, which is added to the end of the one you have. We remind you by email, and with a notification if you have them turned on, a few days before it ends.
• When it ends, you stay on the free plan with all your data: ads come back and the stamp card is paused until you renew.
• You keep the price you paid as long as you renew before 5 days have passed since your Premium ended. If you wait longer, your next payment is at the current price. Price changes do not affect the time you have already paid for.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because this is a distance purchase, you have a right of withdrawal: within 5 business days after paying, you can ask us for a full refund by writing to soporte@buildev.co from your account's email. In that case, the Premium from that payment is turned off and we refund your money within 30 calendar days at most.

After that period, we do not give refunds for time you don't use, unless the law requires it or Premium stops working for reasons attributable to us. If a payment is voided or reversed, the Premium time that payment covered is deducted.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Rentablo running continuously and your data secure, but we do not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Buildev S.A.S. is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made based on the information in the app.

8. Ownership

The Rentablo brand, the app and its content belong to Buildev S.A.S. The information you record is yours: you can export it in PDF reports and delete it whenever you want.

9. Cancellation

You can stop using Rentablo and delete your account with all its data at any time from the app (Settings → Account and privacy → Delete account) or as explained in delete your account.

Since Premium does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel: just don't pay again. If you delete your account while Premium is active, the remaining time is lost and is not refunded, unless you are within the withdrawal period.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
